MONTHLY CROSSFIT MEMBERSHIPS
Unlimited Membership
This membership offers unlimited attendance to all of our regularly scheduled classes and specialty classes. These classes include, but are not limited to, WODs, Endurance, and Open Gym.
Limited 3x/week Membership
This membership offers limited attendance (3x per week) to all of our regularly scheduled classes, weekend seminars (there are some exceptions), and specialty classes. These classes include, but are not limited to, WODs, Endurance, Kettlebell, Durability, and Open Gym.
Unlimited Student Membership
This student membership offers unlimited attendance to all of our regularly scheduled classes and specialty classes. These classes include, but are not limited to, WODs, Endurance, and Open Gym.
YOUTH MEMBERSHIPS
Sports Performance Training
Youth Sports Performance Training is designed to supplement the sport-specific training of youth athletes by providing a strength and conditioning program focused on skill development, the acquisition of balance and unilateral stabilization, and increased power output. This program emphasizes movement quality and longevity in sport over heavy loads.
