A. EMOM for as long as possible:
     7 Thrusters, 75/55
     7 Pull ups
     7 Burpees

B. 3 sets of each (rest 30s between each)
1) 8/8 Split squats with single arm KB hold (No rest between sides)
2) 60 second Double KB Front Rack Walk
3) 60 Second Double KB Farmers Carry
