Rest 2min, then:

EMOM 7
60% ME set, then air squats until the :40s mark

AMRAP 17
6 Cossack Squat Slides (instructions below)
10 Slider Pike Ups (video link below)
16 DBL KBS (1 kb ea hand)
20 cal Row 

-Go down to L side in cossack squat
-Stay low in bottom of squat and slide to R side
-Stand up out of squat on R side
-Next rep go down on R leg, up on L leg

Down on L side, up on R side = 1 rep
