Dirty Thirty: Extra Hurty
In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
At the start of the WOD and then on every 6 min mark, both partners Run 400m.
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 Kettlebell Swings (35/26 lb)
30 Push Press (45/35 lb)
30 Back Extensions
30 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)
Partners may work simultaneously, but both partners must complete all 30 reps of a movement before either partner may progress to the next movement.
