This coming week will have a schedule change! Starting on April 2nd, the only weekday 9:30 classes will be Tuesday 9:30am Barbell Class and Friday 9:30am Kettlebell Class.

Run 200m
12 Wall Balls

10-15 mins Ring Skill Work
– Rows
– Dips
– MU + transitions
– HSPU (if feeling froggy)
– Archer Pushups
– Reverse Flies

12 Rounds:
5 Box Jumps
Sprint 40m
10 Air Squats
Rest :20

Optional Cashout:
Weighted Glute Bridges 3 x 25
Bent Over Rows 3 x 15
