Teams of 2:

You go, I go style. Partner 1 will do section 1, and then partner 2 will do section 1. Then Partner 1 will do section 2, then partner 2 does section 2.

AMRAP 30:
Section 1:
1 Rope climb (scale 10 ring rows)
10 Dumbbell (or kettlebell) Squat Clean and Thruster
20m burpee Broad Jump

Section 2:
30 kb Swings
20 Goblet Squats
10 cal row
