We cannot wait to see everyone tomorrow for CrossFit Homeward’s First 4th of July Hero WOD!  Come out in all of your red, white, and blue to sweat it out with your friends and family.  We welcome all skill levels, experience levels, and nonmembers to come workout with us tomorrow.

9am WOD
10am Youth Athletic Development


For Time:

800 Meter Run

Then 2 Rounds of:
50 Burpees
40 Pull-ups
30 Pistols
20 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1 pood)
10 Handstand Push-Ups

Then 800 Meter Run
