800m burden Run (all together, one weight per team [wall ball, sandbag, plate, etc.])
60 Clean & Jerk
20 Synchronized Burpees (all together)
80 Weighted situps
80 Box Jump Overs
200m Kettlebell Farmer Carry (all together, four KBs per team)
100 One-Arm Dumbbell Snatches
100 DU per person
30 minute time limit.
