CrossFit Homeward resumes a regular schedule on Saturday (11/25) with a 9:30 and 10:30 WOD. Childcare is provided during Saturday workouts!

50 kb swings (Adv. American)
75 Lunges (Adv. Front rack)
100 DU
Both partners Run 400m

Mobility or skill practice with any remaining time.
