In teams of 4 and with 2 people working at a time, complete the following:
Each team will have 2 Pumpkins. All movements are done with a Pumpkin.
200 OH Walking Lunges
200 Pullups (Adv. Hold Pumpkin with legs)
200 Wall balls
Team 800m burden run… with Pumpkins (Pass Pumpkins off as needed)
200 slam balls
200 Partner Pumpkin-pass situps (All 4 teammates)
Team 800m Burden Run… with pumpkins. (Again, with Pumpkins. It’s all with Pumpkins).
P.S. The Pumpkins are Wallballs.
