Triangle Invitational Scaled Event 1

In teams of 2 or 3, complete the following:

Run 600m
50 Deadlifts while partner holds (If team of 3: 1 work, 1 hold, 1 rest)
Run 600m

Rest as needed

Triangle Invitational Scaled Event 5 (Modified)

In teams of 2, with one person working at a time complete the following:

AMRAP 10
Row 40 Cals
4 Rope Climbs (13’)

Rest as needed

Optional Cashout:
In teams of 2, complete the following:
2 Rounds:
50 DU + OH Hold
Partners switch and repeat
Both partners run 200m

*Partner A must hold barbell in overhead position while Partner B completes 50 DU. Partners then switch and repeat.
